Unable to reset the ascenlink

Hi guys,

I'm dealing with the Fortinet Ascenlink-700 (AL-700) unit and I got problem to do a factory reset to the unit. I lost both password for Administrator account and Monitor account that I have changed it previously.

Is there any possible way to access my account like maintainer account for Fortigate unit? If so, I want to reset it back to default and upgrade its software as well.
