Unable to performe a consistency check on FortiManager 5.4.2

Hello,

After clicking on the button to performe the consistency check, it only goes to 5% and then a Windows appears saying root.

We only use ADOM root.

Can't figure out what might be happening.

can you do

diag debug enable

diag deb app srchd 255

and check for the output when try again the policy check? also any crash by "diag debug crash read"?
