Are you on macOS or Windows? I've encountered a bug recently with FortiClient on macOS. Try using the server IP address instead of the hostname.

windows xp ,windows7,windows 10 all have this probiem.

But i've solved it .

Here are the solutions：

1、login cli

config vpn ssl settings

set tlsv1-0 enable set algorithm low

edit 1（it's my setting）

set cipher any

end

2、Execute batch file on the computer（.bat）

REM:修改IE安全协议为SSL3.0 TLS1.0 TLS1.1 TLS1.2 00000aa0(2720)，以提高SSLVPN连接兼容性

REG ADD "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings" /v SecureProtocols /t REG_DWORD /d 2720 /f
