Unable to login to FortiAP 321C via http

I'm unable to login to the FortiAP 321C via http, it auto closes the page and comes back to the login screen immediately.

appreciate support how to resolve this.

Factory reset it and can login from telnet but not via http to configure the AP.

    Please see whether login with a different browser helps.

    I tried on both chrome and microsoft edge, not working.

    not sure what version of image you are running on your AP. If it's pretty old, please update to a newer version such as 5.6.4 or 6.0.x after.  The old version software doesn't work with newer browser including Chrome. If you can't upgrade, you can try firefox(Don't use too latest one). Hope this helps.
