Unable to launch fortiexplorer

Hey guys,

I have tried 3 different computers with no change. Fortiexplorer will attempt to launch once clicked on however nothing happens. I have tried being plugged into the fortigate and without and am met with the same result. I have also done the obvious uninstall and reinstall of the application.
