Unable to get internet access for (fortigate) vlan.

Hi,

I have created vlan 2 in fortigate firewall 300 D.

Vlan ip: 192.168.2.1/255.255.255.0

created policy to access internet for vlan 2 network.

client ip: 192.168.2.100

mask: 255.255.255.0

gateway: 192.168.2.1

But, i could not access to internet and gateway from vlan 2 clients.

Please help...Thanks in advance.

Where did u connected the client machine and can u share the architecture?

In firewall port 2, inteeface ip 192.168.30.254. Created vlan 2 as 192.168.2.1/255.255.255.0 Client pc directly connected to firewall port 2.

I faced with similar issue some time ago that's why I started using vpn, it worked for me
