Unable to get DHCP to Bridged SSID

I've created a VLAN Switch for wired IP Cameras called "IP Cameras" (VLAN 2036).  I've created a SSID in Bridged mode called "IP Cameras" as well.  I specificed the Optional VLAN ID for the SSID to be 2036.  

When I connect to the "IP Cameras" SSID, no IP address is received.  What am I doing wrong?

The goal is to have Corporate, Guest and Camera Wifi.  The Camera Wifi should be on the same subnet as the LAN IP Cameras.  Corporate and Guest Wifi work just fine as they are in tunnel mode.  Camera Wifi does not appear to actually be in the same VLAN as the LAN IP cameras for whatever reason.
