unable to filter the websites

I  have Fortinet 30E when I implement policy  to block some websites like YouTube and Facebook, when I tested it is only work on Internet explorer rather than Firefox etc. What is the Issue ? how to block the those websites on firefox and google chorome?

    thout drilling down to the individual CPE sessions (via FortiView) I suspect you are running into the old QUIC Protocol issue.  See KB# FD46676
