Unable to delete Local Certificate

I have a local certificate that I mistakenly uploaded and didn't use for anything however, the delete button is grayed out and I am unable to delete it. I am guessing it is something really simple I'm missing but I know I was able to do this prior to version 6.4.

When I go to System -> Certificates and select the certificate I want to delete, the delete button is grayed out. There are no references to the certificate listed either, so I'm wondering what I did. Thanks so much for the help!
