Unable to Connect the FortiClient VPN

I’m facing an issue with connecting to the VPN using FortiClient.
When I click on “Connect”, it does not show the username/password (or SSO) login prompt and nothing happens — the button stays in blue color.

Which version of FortiClient are you using?

Is it a free FortiClient or EMS licensed? If It is EMS then you can reach out to Fortinet Support to check the issue further.

Try to uninstall the FCT again 

is this only happen to an single user/machine or happen to everyone, if that only occur to single user , worth to check the user end instead of 

if that happens to everyone, then check on the fortigate site for the debuging, let us know what authenticaiton what kind of vpn you running
