Unable to access IP via web browser from VPN

Hey all,

I have one issue. I have one policy from SSL VPN to inside, this policy has function to access web server via web browser.

I already config with "all" type service, so I can access with all tcp/udp port. But I have one issue, I can not access this application http://192.168.10.99/system/internal from ssl vpn by using web browser. I can ping this application, and the result is reply. When I access this application via web browser, the diagnose sniffer packet is "syn 702425681" result.
