Unable to access GUI since upgrade on 7.2.10

Hi,

Since my upgrade from 7.2.9 to 7.2.10, I encounter somes difficulties to access certains parts of the GUI.

I reach access to the firewall after a lot of time (5 minutes).

I can't upgrade to 7.4.X because the GUI crash too (No upgrades available).

Is there any way to solve this problem ? (Probably WebSocket).

Best regards

Thanks, I tried the different possibilities but it didn't change anything.
I ended up rebooting the cluster, a big scare with a desynchronization, then after rebooting the second member everything went back to normal.

Hi Sylvaner

Can you try from browser's private window? Or use another browser (Chrome or Edge).

Please check this article for troubleshooting checks.

Try to kill httpsd daemon : fnsysctl killall httpsd
Try changing server certificate.
I would also suggest to give https access to other internal interface just for testing purpose and monitor the behavior.
