Question

Unable to access FG-30D after upgrade. How to access other than by using putty?

hello,i recently upgraded my fortigate 30 d  firmware and now I cant access it at all.While trying to look for a solution I found notes for changing the password or rather accessing the device using either putty for windows .Problem is I dont know how to use it (putty).Any one with a solution rather than using putty??

    Hi,

     

    Have you tried FortiExplorer?

    Connect the USB cable that you got with your firewall to USB MGMT port.

    FortiExplorer should find the device, and you will get both web and console access.
