Unable install FortiClientVPNOnlineInstaller

showing the error above, have not blocked the firewall/ traffic from between servers, please help to check it. thanks.

Which version? And from where did you download it?

Tried the same and it works fine for me.

For info FCT installers seem to download the image from the following location.

You may try to telnet to 209.40.106.66 port 80 to see if it is (or it is not) accessible from your location.
