Unable delete fortigate root certificate from Fortimanager

Hi All,

I have created a VDOM from Fortimanager and pushed it to Fortigate. While pushing the Firewall polices for new VDOM, Policies are being created however the installation status failed and throwing error as unable to delete the root certificate.
