Question

Ubuntu FortiClient VPN not caching username and password

Hello, we use FortiClient VPN configured with SSO to login with our business' gmail account

One of our users is facing an issue where every time he restarts his laptop, he needs to sign in to google again before logging in to the VPN. He is the only one facing this problem, every one else keep their credentials saved and can login directly.

I read in another discussion that there is a cache file on Windows that keeps this data but I couldnt file similar file on Linux to try to understand better what's happening.

Wondering if anyone might know what could be causing his credentials not being saved, please?

We used FortiClient VPN 7.0.0.0018, Ubuntu 20.04

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Bruno
