Two Public IP's over IPsec VPN

Good Day,

I am utilizing two WAN links, they both have different public ip addresses. I use static route for WAN1 and  I use policy routing to send different services and devices over WAN2 due to WAN1 being overutilized.

I have one IPsec tunnel between branch site and WAN1. How do I allow devices going through WAN2 to also see the branch subnet over the VPN.
