TUNNEL MEMBERS NOT SHOWING UP WHEN CREATING NEW CONCENTRATOR

Hi,

 

I'm trying to setup of 300D head office and a 60D remote office.  IPSEC VPN site-to-site is up and running and end-points are pingable on both ends.  I'm trying to setup the 300D to be the tunnel concentrator since we are going to setup another remote office and another 60D to tunnel with.  Problem occurs when I create a new concentrator it does not show up the members to link with.  All Fortigates are running on firmware versions of 5.2.3.  I'm not sure if I miss something.

    Did you configure the IPSec tunnels with interface mode?

    The concentrator needs policy-based IPSec tunnels, not route-based.

     

    I wouldn't recommend a concentrator configuration.

    Just configure a nice Hub-and-Spoke setup with interface mode tunnels.
