TS FSSO Agent performance impact on browsers

We are experience performance issues when the Citrix FSSO agent is running.

Web sites are noticeably slower to load.  Turn off the agent and things improve.

Are there known issues with performance impacts when running the TS Agent is running.

Debug logs or windows logs don't indicate there's a configuration issue.
