Troubleshooting commands on Fortigate 200B

I need to do some troubleshooting on a 200B running FortiOS version 5.0 regarding a VPN.

I have downloaded a cookbook re troubleshooting, but the commands in the guide are not supported on the Fortigate, namely the command "diagnose vpn"

Can someone advise?
