Trouble with new config rivisions on FortiManager

Hello!

I have strange trouble with FortiManager:

- When I make changes on the FortiManager and deploy it on FortiGate, a new installed revision of configuration is not created. In this case, the changes are successfully applied on the FortiGate. 
In the logs I see the message:

get install scripts error(st=4,err=-8).

Install preview finish and status=ERROR

-Auto-update from FortiGate is successful.

-If I try to retrieve the configuration from Fortigate, I get the following error:

Creating initial configuration file

Failed to create a new revision

Can you tell me how to fix the error?
