Trash can on Fortimail 200D Quarantine: Don't just read respond what you think?

Every other firewall I have dealt with in 30+ years with a quarantine had a trash can.   You can retrieve messages you accidently deleted.   Fortimail quarantine states it is moving the message to Trash but no Trash Can exists?  Why?   I ask for them to add one.  Still no response?  Who thinks it is a good idea?
