Traffic Shapping option disapeared from Policy

Hello,

I do some policy configuration's this morning and after a restart, i cannot add traffic shapping on any policy (exept witch has already one).

Strange...

And i see i enabled this morning email collection function. This morning i can set an email collection on an interface. After the reboot, i cannot set the email collection on an interface. I verified the feature, is enabled.
