Traffic Shaping question

Hello,

I would like to know if it's possible (and if yes - how) to achieve the following scenario with FortiGate traffic shaper:

Each session is unlimited, until it reaches 10MB download.

When it does, a rate limit will be applied to limit the session to 1024 KB/s.
