Traffic Shaping License

Hello,

 

recently the UTM licenses have expired on one of our Fortigate and it seems that the traffic shaping doesn't work.

Can someone confirm that I need a license for traffic shaping.

    You shouldn't need a license to apply traffic shaping itself: it's based on priority queuing or bandwidth caps/guarantees. Where shaping requires a license would be if you want to apply the latest Application Control database in order to shape per-application.
