Traffic Logging didn't work anymore since Upgrade to from FortiOS 5.6.6 to 6.0.3

Hello all,

Traffic Logging didn't work anymore since Upgrade to from FortiOS 5.6.6 to 6.0.3. Has anyone the same problem with 60E? Same Upgrade on 80D make no problem with. I've tested it with logging to memory and forticloud, both didn't work. But Trafficlogs become uploaded to forticloud successfully. Strange.
