Top user bandwidth/application - please help

Good day gents/ladies - need assistance with custom reports...(whats new...). i'm fairly new to FAZ so bare with me, i need to generate a report as follow; any assistance is great appreciated -

- top 10-20 user

- user source ip or username

- destination what application (youtube, or spotify, iptv, etc..)

- total bandwidth used if possible

- for a period of 30 days
