Too many cookies in request

Hello,

I have lots of "Too many cookies in request" logs in my FortiWeb. In the logs detains I see that "The number of cookies (20) exceeded the maximum allowed (16)". I have the following questions:

1. How critical is this event (the FortiWeb shows medium severity).

2. For the moment, I have set this type of events to Alert only. Should I better set them to block?

3. If this is not so critical, would you recommend increasing the maximum allowed cookies to, say, 25 in order to avoid such logs? How can I increase the max allowed cookies?
