Tacacs authentication Using Cisco ACS

I need help to configure two different user/admin groups to use tacacs authentication on fortigates running 5.2.11 and 5.6.x + and also on fortiadc running 4.2.3. I have googled, and I can't find any explicit guides. Has anyone done it that can share their experience?
