System Safe ,Defer Disposition and Accept Defer Disposition

Hello folks

I have FortiMail 900F with FortiOS Version v6.2,build249,190808 (6.2.0 GA)

my client sent E-mail since past 24 hours,

but when I search I still see it in System Safe, Defer Disposition. I can't figure out how to allow this email to be forward.
