System proxy doesn't work after establishing to Forticlient on macOS 10.15.4

I have the following system proxy:

When I don't connect to Forticlient VPN, the proxy works as well. But if I connect to Forticlient VPN, the system proxy setting doesn't work, cause I can't visit websites by using Safari through the proxy.
