System Menu does not show Certificates

I have a FortiGate 80CM running 5.0 build 0208 Reading the FortiOS hand book and it says: 1. On the FortiGate unit, go to System > Certificates > Local Certificates. 2. Select Import. 3. From Type, select Local Certificate. 4. Select Browse, browse to the location on the management computer where the certificate was saved, select the certificate, and then select Open. 5. Select OK, and then select Return. but "System > Certificates"; is not there.......... How do we get a menu to manage certificates? Kevin
