Subscribing to Fortiguard

Hi,

I recently bought a Fortigate 100E via eBay and only to find out that it is still registered to a previous owner.

I thought I can just reach out to the previous owner email and connect with him in transfgerring the license over to my email but only to find out that it shows FortiCloud and instead of showing up email, it shows 'Confidential'

I reached out to Fortinet support but they don't recognize 3rd party vendors like eBay. 

If I subscribe to FortiGuard, can this be transferred over to my email? or it will still be the same where I don't get it to transfer to my email?
