Strange VPN-SSL and VIP behaviour

Hello,

 I've configured a SSL VPN portal with web access with public domain, VIP etc. I restricted access to geographical IPs from 3 countries. Everything is working fine across the country, but when I want to reach this domain from the location with this FG I can't access it and I can't connect. 

My policy looks like this:

from WAN -> to any -> VIP_VPN -> source all -> service http, https -> nat off

I tried to add my VLANs to incoming interfaces, but nothing changes.
