Stop Sign in Replacement message

i am using FortiGate 90D firewall and i have added all the macc id's which i have to use as i have kept it on mac-filter mode. Previously when i used to come inside the campus wifi zone my wifi would automatically connect with the devices added in the list and gave internet without any fuss. But now since i made some changes to the firewall it is not connecting automatically and instead gives the replacement message (firewall disclaimer), which first we have to accept and then we get access to internet. so my question is if anyone can help me to turn this message off so that it will automatically get connected to internet without sign-in. i have attached the replacement image with this post.
