Static PPoe Wan IP doesn't work

Hi, I have FG-100E with newest FortiOS 6.0.4 build0231 I have following error messages in my browser : DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET or ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT, and in nslookup Cli i have : DNS request timed out...

Sometimes i ping 8.8.8.8 but works fine and 8.8.4.4 it fails.. I have public static IP address assigned via PPPoE protocol.

I had this problem after having after fixed IP by my ISP. Do you have any ideas what to do? Restart FG didn't help. Errors (due to timeout) occur approx every 1-5 minutes and continuously (for several days).

    For resolving this I would contact your ISP. Are you sure they use PPPoE, or DHCP? Have you checked all Layer 2 parameters, duplex and speed settings?

    I've resolved by changing the pppoe login.
