static ip address for ipsec vpn users

hai 

    one of my client have more than 100 shope in all over the world.currently they are using ASA is their firewall,plan to change the firewall into fortinet with HA.

   but problem is all the remote users have get static ip address from the fortinet device.please help me to configure the feature ....
