SSO "Sync Configuration With Other Agents"

I am building new DCs for our environment and configuring Fortinet SSO on them. I see the button that says "Sync Configuration with Other Agents". I'm curious if this is a push or a pull. Essentially, will I be syncing the configuration TO the other agent, or FROM the other agent. Does anyone have an idea on how this works? I couldn't find anything in KBs or other forum posts. Thanks guys.

    For anyone who is curious. The answer turns out to be that this is a PUSH sync. Per fortinet support this is to be used on a DC with the existing configuration that you would like to push to other agents.
