SSLVPN Web Forticlient download version too old

When a user logs into the SSLVPN web portal and uses the "download forticlient" option it downlaods an old version of forticlient

version 6.0.9

 

our fortigate 200 series is on 6.2.3

 

is there a way to update this ?

    make sure that FortiGuard is reachable by pinging (update.fortiguard.net) from fortigate
