sslvpn client error (-5)

Hi! One of our users can not connect to VPN from his computer. The text is - Warning - " unable to establish VPN connection. The VPN server may be unreachable. (-5)" This occurs at about Connecting (40), so nothing is shown on Fortigate side. Till yesterday everything was fine, no updates was downloaded to computer, nothing. From other computers connection establishes with no issues. Via portal - also fine. Tried to reinstall FortiClient SSL VPN or install other version (cleaning registry etc.) - nothing changes. Could you help???

    Fullmoon Thank you for the link - it really will be usefull for the future))) But this time, finally we find out Trojan horse on the machine. Looks like it blocked java and so FClient. And after cleaning it out everithing is fine
