SSL VPN with Client Certificates for some users

Is it possible to have many SSL VPN users, but only require client certificates for some users? I only see a global setting. I want a per group setting.

    I don't see that ever happening, and you have  the answer already,  "The setting is  global".

    If you think about  it closely you will see why ( the chicken & egg  analogy ;) )
