SSL-VPN Public IP not reachable but able to establish connection w/Forticlient.

Hello,

We have SSL-VPN configured and working just fine, until today morning the Public IP gives (request time out) when pinging it,

I've reviewed the policy and everything is as it should, clients can establish VPN connection after several attempts although the wan's IP is not responding, what seems to be the issue here ?

    Regular policies wouldn't affect to pingability on an interface. Only "allowaccess", "trusthost", or "local-in-policy" or "acl" config would change the behavior.

    Many thanks it is pinging now, the issue was trusted host.
