SSL VPN problem on IOS/Android forticlient

I am not able to connect via SSL VPN via Forticlient app on Android or IOS. On Android it silently fails and on IOS it says "Internal Error".

I think this might be the error but can't find any info on what it means "sslConnGotoNextState:297 error". Is there somewhere that has has more details information on error codes? Seems like the tunnel is successfully being established but is then torn down but client for an unknown reason. I ran the below commands for the debug and have attached output in text file (public IP address of client has been changed to 1.1.1.1). Greatly appreciate any help! Thanks :) Also I has been able to successfully test the SSL VPN web portal.
