SSL VPN not able to estabilsh over WAN DHCP ip,

hi

I am not able to connect SSL VPN from remote home to my offic. My office i am using fortigate 100E

In my office i have DSL Connection it is connected to WAN1 port of fortigate (DHCP) i want to provide ssl VPN connection to some of the users to access their file server.

My Setup

WAN1 : DHCP ip changed to manual (192.168.8.104/255.255.255.0)

Enabled DDNS : test.fortidyndns.com (12.xxx.xxx.37)

SSL VPN split tunnel configured

In User Lap top i configured as below

I have installed Forti client VPN

remote gateway : (12.xxx.xxx.37)

Costume port : 10443

while connecting the VPN status show 10% then popping error Unable to establish the VPN connection. The VPN server may be unreachable""

Could you please help me to solve this issue
