SSL VPN LDAP authentication does not work in multiple user group configurations - 6.2.4

Running 6.2.4  Trying to set up sslvpn ldap authentication using ldap group but fails.  I defined the group as a firewall/remote group, selected the group and added it.  Also set the group under sslvpn settings.  Simple enough.  I verified group membership with "diag test auth ldap...".

 

When I try connect to sslvpn using an ldap group member it fails.  If I define the group as firewall/remote and dont select a group, same ldap user works...

 

Whats missing?
