SSL VPN inbuild from Microsoft store

Dear All,

 

I am experiencing an issue with the built-in SSL VPN on Windows 11 version 24H2. While the VPN connection is successfully established, no traffic is received on the FortiGate when attempting to access applications through the VPN. We suspect the issue may be related to FortiClient.

 

 

We are using the FortiClient application from the Microsoft Store:

 

Notably, I have tested the same setup on Windows 11 version 23H11, and no issues were encountered.

 

Please advise on how to proceed with troubleshooting this issue.

Hi @zalawaneh ,

 

Please provide FortiClient log file sslvpnlibr_1.log.

 

You may get it from %APPDATA%\FortiClient\logs\trace or %APPDATA%\Roaming\FortiClient\logs\trace, depending on what %APPDATA% value is on your Windows.
