my friend bought a forticlient for secure connection so we can remote control to a server. the thing is I already have a NCP. my question is that when I get connected to my friend's forticlient with a SSL VPN will she be able to see my IP?

I'm wondering you meant to say your fiend bought a FortiGate instead since FortiClient itself is just a free software for anybody can download. If that's the case, your side needs to have FortiClient to get connected to the FortiGate over SSL VPN. And the FortiClient is an end point so it doesn't have mechanism to pass any device's traffice behind it.

I don't know what NCP is, but SSL VPN implementation is proprietary to each vendor so there is no inter-operability between different vendor products. Only IPsec VPN is inter-operable.
