SSL VPN Configuration for AD users

I have authenticated AD with fortigate,i want to push ssl configuration for more than 500 users vpn setup client & configuration as well for remote gateway,what is the best scenario to do that.

When user open forticlient on system ,vpn configuration should configured already.
