SSL VPN check for mobile devices and root?

On SSL VPN:

Does FortiGate/FortiClient have the ability to block mobile devices?

Can it check and only block devices that are root'd/jailbroken?

Can users on mobile devices be set to different access then when they come in over a PC?

I'm having a hard time finding if this is possible and if so how its done.
