SSL VPN - bad upload

Hi,

i am connectet to my company over SSL-VPN from FortiClient (Win 7) to FortiGate 60D.

Now my upload is very bad to the company SBS 2011 Server.

If i put a file from PC to server i get a bad upload from 80-200 kB/s

Download from the server is 2,5MB/s (19Mbit/s).

Speed at company: 100 Mbit/s down - 100 Mbit/s upload

Speed at home: 50 Mbit/s down - 10 Mbit/s upload

Where we can find the problem. It's the config from the Fortigate or my PC at home?

I am not the admin from the Fortigate but i want to help him a little to find the problem.
